Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Whodunnit Kids. By using our website and buying a kit, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and in plain English.
1. What we provide
We sell personalized, printable digital party-game kits ("kits"). You enter some names and party details, and we generate a printable PDF customized for your party. Kits are digital downloads — nothing is physically shipped.
2. Your purchase
A kit costs $50.00 as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you confirm the details you entered are accurate and that you are an adult (18+) buying on behalf of your party.
4. How you may use your kit
Your kit is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use — to host your own child's party. You may print it as many times as you need for that party. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use the kit or its contents for commercial purposes.
5. Our content
All game scenarios, scripts, artwork, and text are the intellectual property of Whodunnit Kids. Buying a kit gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to enter only appropriate names and details. Please don't submit offensive, unlawful, or harmful content. We may decline or cancel any order that misuses the service.
7. "As is" — no warranties
Our kits and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a kit will meet every expectation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whodunnit Kids is not responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or kits. This includes (but is not limited to) how a party turns out, printing issues on your own equipment, or any reliance on the content. Your sole remedy for any problem is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.
9. Supervision & safety
Our games are designed for children but are intended to be set up and supervised by a responsible adult. You are responsible for the safe running of your party.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
